Our final session will be a panel discussion on interviewing and employing the formerly incarcerated. Conference participants will have the opportunity to ask a panel of experts questions regarding how to return the formerly incarcerated to work in our community. Panelists will share strategy, tips, best practices and pitfalls to avoid.

Since its inception in 2013, the Virginia Legal Forum (VALF) has aimed to provide the latest legal information and practical advice for local business leaders, business owners, Human Resources professionals, and their business colleagues.
