ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Millennials: we’re the generation that seems to be all the rave these days for shaking things up in the workplace. Forbes estimates that millennials will comprise more than one of three adult Americans by 2020 and 75 percent of the workforce by 2025. Adding to our force is an estimated 61 million Gen Zers who are about to enter the US workforce.

Our desires of seeking purpose, flexibility, and total rewards while communicating on the fly and pleading for frequent feedback is a vast change for many employers. We expect employers to make an impact in the community, be inclusive of everyone, and won’t stick around for long if we don’t see an opportunity to utilize our strengths and further develop. It is our preference for openness that gives millennials the confidence to tell employers we want to change it up.

As an employer, how do you evolve and change it up? Are you attracting and successfully retaining your future leaders? Join Helios HR’s Lauren Liddle, aPHR, Junior Associate HR and Recruiting Consultant in a lively and entertaining discussion to learn how to position your company as a top employer with this next wave of talent.
