The Families First Coronavirus Response Act of 2020 made overnight changes to employee leave options.
From emergency paid leave to expanded FMLA to interpreting the FLSA in the time of COVID-19, this session with Woods Rogers PLC will review how to handle current leave issues and what to expect when the COVID-19 laws expire and workplaces return to the “new normal.”
