The DOL Fiduciary Rule is Dead. However, ERISA is alive and well, as is Litigation when it comes to Qualified Retirement Plans. The law is very complex; there are a lot of moving parts, and usually just as many people “working” on the plan. This program is designed to put this complex law, and its even more complex terminologies and roles and responsibilities, into an easy-to-understand format.
