Whether during the recent COVID crisis or business as usual, change is constant. Change is difficult because it challenges our values, beliefs and emotions. This is one reason why 70% of change projects fail. Although we might know why a change initiative fails, teams are often unable to avoid repeating mistakes. When faced with ambiguity there is an even greater need to plan, discuss, and reflect on how we support and manage change on an individual, team, and organizational level.
This session will focus on the current state of emerging change and explore the way to adapt, manage and lead through times of ambiguity. We will also discuss the need to show empathy in a new way to thrive in our virtual world.
