Dr. Sweet is an Associate Professor of Business Administration. She received her Doctor of Education from the Executive Leadership Program at The George Washington University, an MBA from East Carolina University, and a B.A. in Communication Studies from the University of NC at Wilmington. She specializes in human resource management, training, development, and employee relations. Dr. Sweet is a SHRM Senior Human Resource Professional and an international conference presenter. Additionally, she has published multiple peer reviewed manuscripts on motivational theory, learning organizations, and psychological capital.
