The #MeToo movement has brought increased attention to harassment in the workplace and to HR’s critical role in preventing and responding to harassment complaints.  Effective policies, procedures and training are critical in prevention efforts.  But responding to a harassment claim can be difficult and challenging, and many in HR worry about investigating and responding to a complaint that has already reached the EEOC.

Session Goals

After this session, you will be able to:

  • Understand key ingredients for effective anti-harassment efforts.
  • Structure policies, procedures, and training to combat harassment.
  • Create strategies for responding to complaints of harassment.
  • Engage leadership in efforts to prevent harassment.

8:30 – 9:00 am  Continental Breakfast and Networking
9:00 – 9:15 am Welcome & Announcements
9:15 – 10:45 am  Program

All attendees will be entered in a raffle at the program. Prizes will be drawn at the conclusion of the program.
