Hopefully, your company has not been subjected to a work-intensive OFCCP investigatory audit, yet.  As wary veterans of the audit process can attest, it takes a full-on sprint to compile the voluminous amount of required documentation in a very short timeframe.  Because one day you, too, may be the (un)lucky recipient of a Scheduling Letter, which initiates the OFCCP audit process, why not get to work now, so you will be prepared when the OFCCP comes knocking?

Laura Windsor joins us to discuss the obligations of government contractors under the employment laws administered by the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP).  Laura will discuss how to prepare for the OFCCP audit process, which can include on-site interviews, the production of documents pertaining to employee demographic and compensation data, and extensive investigation into sources and methods of employee recruiting.

  • How to prepare for the OFCCP audit process and onsite interviews
  • Production of documents pertaining to employee demographic and compensation data
  • Extensive investigation into sources and methods of employee recruiting
