ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Whether struggling to inspire and engage people in turning their vision into reality or building relationships, leaders face challenges every day in the workplace. In the current climate of uncertainty, there is now more of a need than ever for resilient leaders to spearhead adaptability, dexterity, and enhanced productivity in organizations. The need for such individual resiliency is most effectively addressed through organizational change and the proliferation of self-efficacy.
Leveraging the PERMA model by positive psychology pioneer Martin Seligman in conjunction with a purposeful usage of best practices in the field of coaching, organizations can have a very clear path to achieving organizational change, and in turn, improve resiliency among key internal leaders. This course is designed to help leaders, when faced with ambiguity, find ways to move forward while continuing to set and meet personal and company goals.
