Dirk Buengel will focus on a pragmatic definition of corporate culture, the importance of culture for strategy execution and competitive advantages, and specific approaches to change corporate culture to be fully aligned with the company’s purpose, vision, and strategy. He will also demonstrate how to assess your current culture as a starting point, show a strong and weak organization culture, and to see if there is a need to change or adjust your culture. Lastly, there will be a review of why it is so difficult to drive successful cultural change and the proven concepts and best practices to change the culture.
