Ultimately, simply concentrating on connecting empathically with your team members can lead to increased productivity and profitability – and you’ll likely get improved performance ratings yourself.
Gina D’Andrea Weatherup believes we spend too much time working to not be happy at work. She founded Chantilly Mediation and Facilitation to help leaders create happier, more compassionate workplaces – knowing that this is not just the right thing to do, it’s the profitable thing to do. Gina is a trained mediator, holds a Master of Arts degree in Women’s Studies from The George Washington University, and a Professional Certificate in the Science of Happiness at Work.
