How can we take control during a time that feels a bit out of control? This program is meant to meet our current evolving reality during this crisis. Planned Change vs. Emerging Change will be discussed as well as information shared from the Global Cross-Functional Industry thinktank Ketti is participating in to meet our current state.

Moving from a “temporary” to an “expedition” mind.
The transition from surviving to thriving virtually.
Choosing what to take forward from this experience.
Ketti Mulrine, CCMP, Director of Change Management and Transitions Coach, has 15+ years (9 of which were living in Amsterdam, The Netherlands) of working globally with leaders to mitigate productivity dips and apply an employee-centric approach to change. She is a certified Change Management Professional and Coach. She currently leads the change management strategy to create global change enabling solutions for a Sustainability Consulting firm; which includes driving and defining the change management activities to support global change and transition initiatives and building change leadership skills. And is a recently appointed Homeschool Lead and Lunch Chef.
