What if we can deal with conflict long before it becomes a significant issue, getting in the way of the important results we need to accomplish? We can! One universal leadership tool is our ability to engage in robust conversation. By doing so, we can head off conflict at the pass, before it becomes a raging wildfire. This program introduces a simple framework called the IdEA© model to improve any conversations. Doing so helps us to gain clarity, focus, understanding, and alignment.
This program also provides a simple framework for delivering feedback whether is it low intensity observational feedback, or higher intensity confrontation. Building a culture of feedback is the key to managing conflict. This workshop provides simple strategies and tools to convert both the cost and the opportunities into strategies that can propel us toward greater results.
Our speakers is Doug Johnston, who is said by his clients to have the ability to make the complex simple and applicable. He engages people in the “real conversations,” creates a safe and dynamic environment, and helps professionals and organizations grow.
