Payment must be received within 30 days or registration will be cancelled. Make your check payable to Virginia SHRM State Council and mail it with a copy of your invoice to the address listed above.
Returned Check Policy: In the event that a check is returned to VASHRM as NSF, a service charge of $50.00 will be assessed along with the cost of event registration in accordance with Va. Code Ann. 8.01-27.1 (2003).
Attendee Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to treasurer@hrvirginia.org and will be assessed a $75 administrative fee. Refunds are made back to the original form of payment – credit card or check, less the $75 fee. Cancellations prior to 11:59 PM on 03/29/2019 receive a full refund (minus the administrative fee). Cancellations after 03/29/2019 are non-refundable. However, the attendee may transfer/assign their registration to another person at no charge by logging into your registration account.
Sponsor/Exhibitor Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to treasurer@hrvirginia.org. Refunds are made back to the original form of payment – credit card or check. Cancellations prior to 12/10/2018 will be refunded 50% of the Total Spend. Cancellations between 12/11/2018 and 01/11/2019 will be refunded 25% of the Total Spend. No refunds will be granted after 01/11/2019.
